The Wei Wai Kum Terminal is located in the immediate vicinity of the Discovery Harbour Mall, marina and downtown shopping area. It is just a few minutes' walk or taxi ride to a full range of community, retail and business services.
Is there a Lost & Found office I can contact?
You may contact the Marine Facility Security officer at 250.287.6844. For items lost on the ship, you may contact the ship’s passenger agent.
Can I rent a car at the cruise terminals?
There are no rental car kiosks at the terminal. Passengers need to pre-arrange pick-up or drop-off with the rental company in advance.
